Moscatini

Yet another Martini variation from your friends at Bitch Kitty Racing. It’s a touch on the sweet side from the moscato, but so deliciously unique you’ll feel like the offspring of Martha Stewart and James Bond.

You will need, or ask your bartender for:

2 ounces Hendrick’s gin (no substitutes!) 3/4 ounce moscato

Shake it up with ice made with Volvic water until frost forms on the outside of the shaker. Then squeeze in:

Two quarter-sized orange rinds, making sure they soak in the Martini
